Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I need to do any work before I arrive?

A: Yes! Visit the Pre-work page of this website to see what needs to be completed prior to arrival.

 

Q: Is Exercise mandatory? What if I am injured?

A: Yes! We believe starting your day by moving your body contributes to more energy and a clearer mind. There are four different options that can be modified to fit all levels of fitness.

 

Q: What do I need to bring to exercise?

A: All you need to bring is your provided water bottle, any necessary equipment will be available at your workout session.

Q: Is Breakfast mandatory?

A: No, breakfast is not mandatory. Join the group at the table, find a quiet place to eat and catch up on life or skip breakfast to have more time to get ready. Note: Breakfast will only be available until 8:00am with the next snack break occurring at 10:00am. We will not eat meals while in learning sessions.

 

Q: Is Lunch mandatory?

A: Yes! Join the group at the table to spend 45 minutes connecting and recharging.

 

Q: Are Dinners mandatory?

A: Yes! We will eat dinners together each night.

 

Q: How often will my room be cleaned?

A: Moofy's Farmhouse is not a hotel. Rooms will be refreshed (new towels and trash removal) on Wednesday. Be sure to hang up your towels!

 

Q: Will I be able to do laundry?

A: Our days are jam packed! Laundry will not be available.

 

Q: What should I bring to the learning sessions?

A: Bring your provided binder and something to write with! Laptops will not be needed.

 

Q: What drinks will be provided?

A: There will be a water cooler to fill up your water bottles! With long days, hydration will be important. There will also be a beverage fridge stocked with LaCroix and assorted sodas.

 

Q: Will there be any time for me to handle client concerns or company business?

A: We have communicated with your leaders and they are prepared to support you in clearing your schedule while remaining unplugged for the duration of the program. Be sure to communicate with your teams that you will not be available.

 

Q: Do I need to bring my laptop?

A: You will not need your laptop for any of the planned sessions or activities, but you are welcome to bring it if you would like to have it available during down time.

 

Q: Will there be cell service?

A: Yes, although sometimes unreliable in certain areas. There is also WiFi you can connect to.
